A blend we created to be especially good when Cold Brewed! This mix of Peruvian and El Salvadoran coffees is medium bodied with sweet and citrus notes that are complemented by the low acidity that comes with brewing it cold. Ask for it to be coarse ground if you want to use it for Cold Brew!
